Description

DSH Technologies is a full-service Debind and Sinter provider for the Metal Injection Molding (MIM) and Metal AM Industries.  For over 20 years we have been working with customers from part design all the way through to in house product development.  Our team has years of processing experience that can help the Metal AM industry take the challenging part designs from concepts to usable metal components.

Why do you need to Debind and Sinter your BASF Ultrafuse Printed parts?  The filament is comprised of multiple materials, but mainly a metal powder mixed together with Wax and Plastic polymer.  Once you have your part printed, the steps that are carried out at DSH Technologies is to catalytically remove the Wax-based material, then thermally remove the plastic polymer and sinter together all the metal powder particles.

So what do you need to do to get Metal Parts???

  1. Purchase a filament from one of BASF’s Ultrafuse distributors.
    • Matterhackers (U.S.)

    • Holland (U.S.)

  2. Purchase Debind and Sinter Coupon from DSH Technologies.
  3. Print your BASF Ultrafuse Metal parts using best practices provided by your printer manufacturer and/or distributor.
